Brooks' B17 Special will add a touch of class to your dream bike. It boasts handcrafted upgrades from the B17 Standard, including beautiful oversize hand-hammered brass rivets and chamfered edges for even more comfort. The B17 is a classic Brooks saddle that's slightly wider and longer than most seats and offers more positions and sublime support and comfort. And, all B17 saddles feature premium leather stretched over a durable chromoly frame and come with seat bag loops, too.
Brooks manufactures their saddles in Smethwick, Birmingham using machines dating back to the 19th century. Only top quality hide leather is used which is immersed in water and formed under intense pressures. Even the springs and frames are manufactured in house! Skilled hand labor is necessary every step of the way, a process that can take 90 days for one saddle!
