Transport all types of bikes with Saris’ Freedom 4-Bike hitch rack. Its innovative design adjusts to fit most bikes and sizes, including kids’ and even some recumbents, thanks to the adjustability of its center upright supports. It uses quick-adjust trays and ratcheting straps to secure four bikes of up to 35 pounds each, and loading is made easy by the low tray height. The center upright supports even tilt down to allow trunk access.

No more hoisting bikes up to a rack! Just drop, adjust and go. Just invest in this and your life will be much less stressful when loading bikes.

This rack has handled everything we've thrown at it

After YEARS of using racks from one of the big two (one rhymes with Tool and the other with, uh, Rackima?), and being somewhat disappointed, we decided to try something different. We were unfamiliar with the Saris brand and a little hesitant at first. After doing research and finding a whole mess of positive, we decided to give the Freedom 4 a try. The rack comes roughly 70% assembled and only requires the two cross bars and two uprights be bolted to the main beam. Fifteen to twenty minutes tops. As easy as assembly was, initial bike setup took considerably longer. Its not difficult, it just takes time to make sure all your bikes are where they should be. Once this is done, they can be put on and taken off the rack in a couple minutes (makes pre and post ride ridiculously easy).
